Assalam-o-Alaikum, Dear All Its 120 Square Yards Residential under construction bungalow at Noman Dream Villas Project at Northern Bypass, Karachi near Gulshan Maymar of reputed Noman Builders, who has already completed several mega projects in Karachi. The bungalow is at extra wide 40 ft road and is west open. The whole projects is under complete covered boundary wall. The project has its own mosques, parks, gardens, playgrounds and school. In near future, All the wholesale markets of Karachi will be moved to Northern bypass, and the value of this bungalow will be increased several times. These markets will include Jodia Bazaar, Anja market and wholesale markets for iron, cloth, furniture, timber, paper, scrap, warehousing, marble, asphalt, car showrooms, cold storage, slaughterhouses, the grain market, electronic market and truck stands etc. Also please note that current market price of same bungalow has been raised to above Rs. 2,100,000+ from builder due to inflation effect, but your payment schedule will only be according to Rs. 1,836,450 because this is the schedule which was offered in past for previous customers like me, but new customers who will buy directly from Noman Builders now are not eligible for it. The bungalow Price Breakup is as follows : Rs. 799,900 (paid) + 236,550 (remaining installments) + 800,000 (INTEREST FREE loan) = Rs. 1836450 (Total) Total amount to be paid is Rs. 1,836,450 from which I have paid Rs. 799,900. Remaining Rs. 235,550 can be paid in monthly payments of Rs 3000 and quarterly payment of 20,000. The builder is flexible, so you can chose your own payment schedule, and remaining INTEREST FREE builder loan of Rs. 800,000 can be paid to builder after possession in 3 years in installments, which can be more flexible.
