The amount which I have paid is as under processing fee for 5 marla 5000/- Application Farm 2000/- Down payment 45000/- 1st Installment of Plot. 50000/- 1st Installment of Membership Fee. 12500/- File Opening Fee. 1500/- Total 116000/-and total payment plan is shown in the attachment. I shall give you open file letter which means the holder of the letter is the owner and after six installments, the plot will be transferred to the file holder name. At this stage the project is in initial stage and DHA mark the plot later.
