The plot No.12-B Sector 6-E, Mehran Town Housing Scheme, Korani, Karachi is allotted to me. The scheme is fully for Overseas Pakistanis. Though the scheme presently is residential but there is likelihood of its being converted as a small cottage industrial estate. Already small scale industries have surfaced. The scheme if officially established by Karachi Development Authority. I intent to sell it and would appreciate final and firm offer in writing. No bargain, no unnecessary correspondence but only final and firm offer. Check the credentials of plot yourself. In case it is of interest only then phone contact or further correspondence. Just drop your offer by mail to Muhammad Javed, Post Box 7802, Karachi-74400
