I am offering my house for rent for 4 years contract in North Nazimabad in 8500 rupees monthly there is just one condition that I need rent of 4 years in advance that is 408000 plus only 42000 advances that is total 450000 only. I am ready to rent out to any state agent so he can rent out it to any one and on any rate he want in the 4 years contract period that way he can earn profit through the house every month . It is a 1st floor of house build on 200 sq yards located at North Nazimabad Block R Near Haidery and 5 Star,3 bedrooms,1 DD,1 big longe,2 bathrooms,1 kitchen,3 side open ,terrace ,wind and light is very good.
