I have booked a residential plot (120 sq. yds.) in Dream Valley Super Highway, near Taiser town in August 2006. This project is owned by Chayell Builders which is a very renown and respectful name in the developers community.The price of the plot is as follows: - Unit price = Rs. 3,30,000 - Internal Dev. charges = 1,20,000 - External Dev. charges + lease charges + documentation charges = approx. 1,00,000 TOTAL COST = Rs. 5,50,000 The builder is scheduled to give the possession of the plot in Feb 2011. Uptil now I have paid Rs. 1,82,000 (One lakh and eighty two thousand) in monthly installments. So the remaining amount is 5,50,000 - 1,82,000 = 3,68,000 which is to be paid in the remaining period i.e. around 3 years. I want to sell my plot as I am in need of money and can\'t continue with the installment payments. I want the buyer to pay me the amount equal to what I have paid to the builder i.e Rs. 1,82,000 and I will transfer the plot to the buyer\'s name. The buyer will have to continue with the remaining payment on installment basis directly to the builder.
