ASLAM O ALIKUM! I have my house under construction in bhurbun which leads through a grand road from Bhurbun jungle. View is excellent. The road to village is very smooth and trouble free. I am short of money to complete it. It requires about 7 lakh to complete it. It has 4 bedrooms with attach bath, two living rooms, kitchen and a big lawn area. I want a contract of 4 years and advance payment after contract. Even the 2nd party can carry work of completion for their own satisfaction. The contract will start after completion of house and they may use it for rental purpose for about a period of 4 years. It means rent is 175000 per year. Furnishing would be included in it. So it would be very cheap to find a house in this much prize in Bhurbun - Aliot. For further details please call me at my cell number 03336333381.
