Four Houses are available at the same location next to each other. These houses are very good for investments as they are semi commercial houses in the heart of Rawalpindi. They are all currently rented out to different tenants and we are receiving 150 000Rs rent per month. The houses are built to the highest standard and have a very modern Mediterranean look. All four houses are built on a 14 Marla plot and each house is made on approx. 3.5 Marla. There are 4 houses in total and each one has a separate entrance. The front two are double storey houses and the back two are triple storey buildings. Each storey in the houses has two bedrooms with attached bathroom drawing/dinning room and t .v lounge and an American style kitchen with a porch and a separate balcony. They are newly built and have separate gas and electricity meters. We would like to sell all four houses together and not individually. My demand for the whole building is 36, 000 000Rs. Attractive offers will be taken into consideration.
