DHA (Defence Housing Authority) set foot in the market of real estate 25 years ago and started different property projects especially for military personnel. Sector 1 project of DHA Lahore was not a planned project, this project was started experimentally. After successful DHA Phase 8 and DHA Phase 9 projects, the DHA Housing authority started thinking to expand its projects of properties in Lahore. DHA Phase 9 Prism is one of the project which was started at that time and was inaugurated in 2010. DHA Phase 9 Prism Lahore undergone considerable development in the past few years.
