I want to sale my 3.4 marla house located at ferozpur road in Eden Luxury Villas project. It\'s 7 years installments plan. Possession is after 3.5 years (Jan 2013). And I have paid 1.5 years installments. Total house value is around 27 lacs and i have paid 9.5 lacs almost. If anyone is interesting to have it transferred to his name please contact me. The house current situation is that it\'s ground floor has been constructed.
