Live and Earn at Same Place Its an Plot of 10 Marla ,Usually in residential areas the size in Lahore(10 marla ) plot is 35/65(feet) and (1 kanal) plot is 50/90 approx. So my building is built on a plot which is Half (1/2) of the (1 kanal ) i.e 25/90.So it has 25 feet width and 90 feet Long. On ground Floor it has an hall of 20 feet wide and almost 90 feet long.(including kitchen and bath) at the back.The side of the hall has an 5 feet long passage along the hall,which comprises an separate approach for the Upper Portion. Upper portion has five rooms in total which has 1.one big (Master Bedroom) with complete wood work and a (Tiled) master bath. 2.A fairly big kitchen with complete wood work. 3.Tv lounge with Tv almirah and cabinets 4.Two(2) bedrooms at front with wood work having attach (Tiled ) baths which is also of reasonable sizes.These two bedrooms also share a common tarace. 5.On the third floor the stair case is covered by a fairly big room for the servents with tiled bath. *The building is almost 1/2 kilometer walk from Wapda Town Round about.
