This is a very fertile land (1 unit) situated close to Ravi River, just 40 km from Lahore. Ideal for growing all kinds of crops including grains (e.g. rice, wheat, corn, canola, and sunflowers) and all vegetables (especially potatoes and peas). Can also be used for housing developments, and/or other farming projects (e.g. poultry, cattle). Currently, I have 4 tube wells operated by diesel engine. Electricity is easily accessible (approx 4-5 poles away), though I have not opted for a connection. At present, the land is being utilized for running a livestock business (raising cattle, sheep, and goats). The land also has the following permanent plants: •20 Bamboo plants. •200 Japanese Mulberry trees (for raising silk-producing worm). •70 Eucalyptus trees (six years old). I am selling the land as I am no longer in a position to manage it on account of my age and health. My two sons are well settled in their respective professions, and hence not interested in farming.
