DHA ad is still being advertised on various TV Channels stating that the last date for submission of form is 28 Aug. and forms are available at Alfalah Bank and Askari Bank. Despite all my efforts for one continuous week I have not been able to acquire an application form even I contacted your office telephonically 111 555 400 but I have been told that no forms are available even at the office.What do DHA authorities have to say about this situation?
