Hi all. I am interested to construct a partial basement (around 25X50 feet) on my 500 Sq yd plot at Naval Anchorage Islamabad. The plot is leveled and no slope. Could you of you advise what would be estimated cost per Sq feet for basement?. Thanx in advance.
