I am US Citizen with a Origin of Pakistan Card. I am buying a flat in Karachi. I am in the USA now. I want to use a limited power of attorney to designated my Father who is a PK citizen to buy the flat in my name. I would notarize the document in USA. I want to confirm that this is acceptable.
