But the ownership remains with NHA and it is leased for a period of 99 years, do you think this will have any impact on sale value. These banglows (350 yards) are going for PKR 22mln and in same price we can get 500 yards and in DHA, do you think we should go ahead with NHA. And also wat do you thing price for it in next 1 year.
