I am living on rent for the last five years.When i came to this house the paint was already used for 4 years. Now I asked landlord to re-paint the house.since it has already been nine years.Landlord is saying that re-paint is the responsibility of tenant.Anybody can clarify that re-paint is the responisibility of tenant or landlord?Please comment.I am waiting
