if you are abroad and want to purchase property in CDA Sectors you have to appoint a attorney who will obtain transfer application form on your behalf and mail it to you for your signature and attestation of consulate. on receipt of attested documents he will be authorized to got the property transfer in your name. if your are selling than you have to appoint a General power of attorney duly duly attested by the concerned consulate which will be got verified by the Foreign office and its registration with Registrar office.
