aoa, i wish to know your advise for the investment potentials in dha 7 lahore, i heard prices on increasing trend so what your idea ?
i have budget of about 38 lacs.
further one of relative making mind to sell his plot in dha lahore phase 7 in y block plot # 1236, pls guide me what should be reasonable price for this plot i can offer him ? and what would be cost for the transfer of plot ? what would be the rate of return of this plot after 1 year ?
