Bhai Mohammad Yar, First of all, future is unknown, well, i bought one plot in this scheme in 1989 (Almost 25 years ago). But, unfortunately, there is no price or worth in this scheme. However, it should 1 Kanal price around 1 crore, because, in the same Sector there is one scheme name is Multi Gardens, in which the price is quite high. Actually, in the interests of Retired, Widows, Low income people, etc. The Scheme management shall offload and hand over this scheme to Multi Gardens, so that the prices would be higher and at par of the same prevailing prices of the Multi Gardens. I am sorry to say that the management earning bad name of Jamaat e Islami as Manzar E Kohsar was introduced by Syed Maqbool Gilani, who belonged to Jamaat e Islami and worked in the interest of Low Income earners very nicely and with honesty. You, Sir, tell me how much property rates are increased in the last 25 years all over Pakistan. Therefore, the location is best but somehow or the other reason the management of Manzar e Kohsar must do hand over to Multi Gardens and do better for all the investors who invested their money in installments as they were low income earners and since last over 25 years. My intention is not to promote bad name of Jamaat e Islami.
