Are there any housing schemes available in Rawalpindi/Islamabad where I can buy a house and pay for it in 5-8 years in installments? Like in the DHA but without ballot. Possibly 4 marla house with down payment no more than 1 lakh and quarterly payment no more than 50k.

Prices have increased 3 to 5 lac in B-17 sector of multi-professioanl society and E-16/17 cabinet division housing society zone II islamabad. Don\'t waste time. Prices are going high day by day. Plots are ready for construction. With in a year one kanal will be at 40 lac per kanal.

my wife and i are teachers in new york with a combined experience of 14 years. we wanna move to khi and open a small school 600+ yards. our target audience is middle to upper middle class with income over rps 50,000/- a month. don\'t know much about karachi. what are the 3 to 4 best fastest developing areas for this. no where near the \"trouble areas\" in khi. what do u think?
